- Shipping & Delivery within UAE is maximum 3 days. Delivery charges may apply.
- The company is providing two years product warranties from the date of purchase. After two years warranty, company can still provide repairs, but customer has to pay the cost of spare parts.
- Warranty refers to repair of damages and providing spare parts. Damages that are questionable must be informed by customer as early as possible not more than 10 days.
- Company can only replace or exchange the product if it is necessary within a specified period of time maximum 10 days.
- Replacement of returned items will only be accepted if it is returned in its original state and packaging.
- Warranty does not apply to misuse, improper installation of parts, accessories or alterations of purchased products.
- The product warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases.
- Repairing of product will take approximately 2-3 working days. Repairs actually depends on the damage and the availability of spare parts. Customer will be advised if the spare part is unavailable.
- Any shipping expenses for this returned product is not covered.
- No refund policy.
